Upon Receiving Shipment

  • Please store the product away from direct humidity and sunlight.
  • If ordering Bones, store in a cool dry area. Do not store in a sealed package or bag.
  • Make sure to inspect your product upon shipment to look for any discrepancies. You must let us know of any discrepancies within 2 Business days of receiving a shipment.
