We only bake treats that we feel good about giving to our own furry companions.  Our gourmet dog treats are made by hand with superior human-grade food ingredients; no preservatives, no corn, no soy, and no fillers. Our grains are grown domestically and are GMO free!  All of our treats (except for one) are wheat free, ensuring a high quality treat for our friends with wheat intolerance.  While there is no specific measurement for one key ingredient, rest assured that each batch is made with love!

 

 

Shipping Policy

We ship our treats using FedEx Ground Services.  Expedited options include FedEx Express Saver or USPS Priority Mail.

Our products ship in one of three size boxes and the number of trays per box is indicated below:

Small Box - Up to 7 flat trays or 6 boxed treats. **
Medium Box - Up to 11 flat trays or 10 boxed treats. **
Large Box - Up to 17 flat trays or 14 boxed treats. **
(Cannoli, Grr-Noli, Doughnuuts, Party Packs and Puppycakes are in boxes, while the majority of decorated treats are in trays).

Rice Flour, Rye Flour, Peanut Butter, Applesauce, Ground Oats, Oat Flour, Blackstrap Molasses, Canola Oil.


Decoration Ingredients:


Sugar, Palm Kernel and Palm Oil, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Salt, Carob Powder, Turmeric, Fruit and Vegetable Juice for Color

Crude Protein (min): 11.7%    
Crude Fiber (max): 0.9%
Crude Fat (min):  17.7%         
Moisture (max): 5.0%

  • Current order lead times are averaging two weeks for decorated products and 10 days for non-decorated. 
  • Download our Retail Scan Sheets to use at your register or expedite inventory receiving!
  • Order minimum is $100 (To maximize your ROI on shipping costs, please refer to our Freight page for tray/box counts).
  • Actual Freight charges will be added to each order.
  • Order lead times will increase during sales or busy seasons (Valentines, Global Pet Show, SuperZoo, Halloween, and Christmas).  In the summer, shipments may be delayed due to weather (temperatures above 85 degrees).  Orders with custom treats will require additional time for design and approval.
  • Orders are shipped FOB from Silverdale, WA via FedEx Ground, unless prior arrangements are made.  
  • Orders cannot be shipped internationally
  • All products are guaranteed against breakage during transit, but issues must be reported within 7 days.  Cold Packs will be added to any order when the destination temperature is consistently between 85 - 105 degrees (which is an additional $3 - $6 per box, based on temperature and destination). We are unable to ship products when destination temperatures are consistently above 105 degrees.  Destinations with five-day Ground transit times may require upgraded shipping services.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Paws Gourmet Bakery products cannot be sold on Amazon, Ebay or other 3rd party websites (but if you have an eCommerce site for your business, we happily enourage you to offer them online).
