This extra SmartKey can be used for an additional pet using your Electronic SmartDoor. Our innovative Smart Door recognizes the SmartKey worn on your pet’s collar and unlocks the pet door. After your pet has passed through and the SmartDoor no longer senses your pet's SmartKey, it automatically locks back into place. Each SmartDoor can program upto 5 SmartKey units.

One flat shipping charge of $17.50 within the continental USA.  Free shipping for orders of $500 or more.

We DO NOT ship to Alaska and Hawaii.  However we will be happy to ship your order to a continental USA freight forwarder.

  • We are currently not accepting any new online-only "open market" accounts or international accounts.   All new accounts are subject to approval by Radio Systems Corporation. Orders from new accounts could have an additional delay of up to 5 business days for approval.  International orders cannot be accepted.

  • Any item/s on BACKORDER will not be filled and automatically cancelled from your order.  You will not be charged for these items.  We try to limit our out of stocks but market conditions such as COVID-19 can/have caused market disruptions.  Thank you for your understanding.
