Shipping Policy
foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method. Deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 10:00am EST. Orders received after this deadline will ship the following Thursday. No additional customs and duties charges will apply for any orders shipped through Fedex IDD.

Refund Policy
foufouBRANDS has a NO REFUND policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges. All exchanges must first be approved with an authorization number from our customer service department. foufouBRANDS does not accept returns or exchanges on discounted and clearance merchandise or shop worn goods. Goods must be in original selling condition with original hangtags.

- Pre-ordered and backordered items will ship separately once they become available.
- Pre-orders/backorders under $150 will be cancelled.
- You will not be charged for pre-orders/backorders until they are ready to ship.
