Lambert Kay® Fresh 'n Clean® Oatmeal 'n Baking Soda Conditioner is a soothing blend of ARM and HAMMER Baking Soda, aloe vera, conditioners and colloidal oatmeal. It penetrates coats to simplify combing and lessen the pulling and tugging normally associated with untangling hair. Conditioner dilutes 7:1.
