Care Instructions
NOTE : These snuffle mats, though sturdy and durable are not indestructible and NOT recommended for aggressive / hard / power chewers.
Suitability :  small breed puppies & dogs / medium breed puppies, dogs with flat noses and big muzzles, gentle snufflers

Care Instructions : Machine washable on gentle cycle in mesh laundry bags / hand washable at 30 degree with mild detergent. Gentle drying recommended

 

Shipping Policy
  • Shipping costs are generally range between 8%-15% for contiguous USA by UPS / Fedex / USPS based on the location
  • The current U.S. tariffs stand at 25%, which is a bit steep for us to absorb entirely. To keep things smooth and sustainable for both sides, we would be adding 10% of the tariff, while we’ll continue to absorb the remaining tariffs along with any brokerage fees. The 10% tariff would be on the product cost and would be added to the shipping cost. 
  • Flat $25 shipping fee over $500 USD net order value
  • Orders dispatched within 1-2 days and delivery between 5-7 days by courier
  • No handling fee charged

We’re thrilled to share that tariffs on our products to the U.S. have dropped 25% until Nov next year🎉! While still a hurdle, this change is a huge relief — and it means our beloved snuffle mats stay within reach for your pups.

The current U.S. tariffs stand at 25%, which is a bit steep for us to absorb entirely. To keep things smooth and sustainable for both sides, we would be adding 10% of the tariff, while we’ll continue to absorb the remaining along with any brokerage fees. The 10% tariff would be on the product cost and would be added to the shipping cost.
