The bonus treats are to be first given "unloaded" to introduce the pill hider without medication inside. This allows your dog to get hooked on the tasty treat alone! When it's time for a "loaded" treat, your dog will eagerly gobble it up, not expecting a pill inside, medication and all!

If we are sold out of any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order. If we request a reply, and do not hear from you in 48 hours, we will process your order short the out of stock items if your order total remains above 350.00 for free shipping. If your order total drops below 350.00 and we are unable to reach you within 7 days, we will go ahead and cancel the order as we would not feel comfortable adding shipping without your approval. For orders below 350.00 please expect a ship charge of 10-20% of your order total. We will contact you if shipping is above 20% for your approval.
