  • K&H will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at the published FedEx rates.
  • By submitting and order you agree to pay all shipping charges incurred with each item shipped by K&H Manufacturing, LLC.
  • K&H is not accepting accepting orders to destinations outside of the USA.

  • Order processes in 14 days or less and ship from Fort Wayne, IN
  • $99 minimum order
  • $3.00 handling fee added per ship to address for all orders (in addition to shipping charges)
