Shipping Policy
All reseller orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual UPS rate for the shipment (determined by package weight, dimensions, and the destination address) and are billed to the reseller at the time of processing.
Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Jasper, Georgia. Please allow adequate lead time when placing orders to account for transit time to your location.
A UPS tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor delivery status directly through UPS.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@hyperflite.com within five business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
