Shipping Policy
We offer Free Freight on Orders Over $450 within continental USA (offer excludes liquids and any oversized packages such as displays). All other orders will be billed actual freight costs. We have volume discounts with all top carriers that you will benefit from.
Please note that Gralen Co. bills as Pet Vet Products or KVP DBA Gralen.
Gralen will require the following information:
Do you have a physical store location you sell out of? If so, what is the address (s)?
Do you have a website that you sell on? If so, what is the web address?
If you have an online store only, and will be buying KONG products, have you been approved by KONG? If so, please provide proof
Do you sell on a third-party market place? Example: amazon, jet, Walmart, ebay
- No minimum orders required, including per item. Try new products at low inventory risks!
- Orders ship within 24 hours when all items are in stock. Customer will be notified of any BO via email.
- FREE shipping on orders over $450 within the continental U.S. (free shipping excludes liquids and oversized packages)
- Gralen does not accept orders from 3rd party vendors (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)
- No longer accepting/fulfilling international orders.
- All major credit cards accepted. Gralen will email a copy of the invoice once the order has been charged and shipped.
