Shipping Policy
We ship USPS priority mail with signature required. We will also ship FedEX or UPS upon request.
- Orders ship within 10-14 business days.
- Effective Jan. 10, 2023 orders will be charged within 48 hours of order placement.
- First time orders for custom labels will take up to 4 weeks.
- No minimum order.
- FOB from our studio in Martha's Vineyard, MA.
- Accepts Visa, MC, & Amex.
- All of our collars, leads, & harnesses are made in the USA in our studio located on Martha's Vineyard.
- We ship USPS Priority Mail with signature required. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know.
- Drop shipping is available for a $2 fee per order, plus shipping.
- Order cancellations must be received within 48 hours of order.
