• Minimum order requirement: $125.
• We sell exclusively to authorized resellers and distributors. Proof of resale status, including a valid Tax Resale Certificate, is required before an account can be approved.
• Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days from Illinois.
• All customers must have a valid Tax Resale Certificate on file. Please email a copy to us after placing your first order to orders@learningresources.com with your WholesalePet Order number in the subject.
• We currently cannot fulfill orders outside of the United States.
• Actual freight charges will be added to the invoice.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Brightkins™ and Hunger for Words™ products may not be sold on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces.
• Retailers must adhere to our IMAP policy for Brightkins™ and Hunger for Words™ products. For a copy of the policy or questions regarding compliance, please contact our IMAP Policy Administrator at imap@learningresources.com.

Damages & Shortages

• Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported to your Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt.
• In the event of a shortage, we will either ship the missing item(s) or issue a credit to your account.
• For product defects, a credit will be issued and a replacement product may be shipped. Lot/batch codes are required for all defect claims.
• For goods showing visible damage to the shipping carton, have the carrier note the damage on the freight bill before accepting delivery.
• Goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately.
• Save all original shipping cartons, packing slips, packing materials, and damaged merchandise until the claim has been inspected or resolved.
• Photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging are required for all damage claims.

Returns

• We do not sell on a consignment basis. Returns are generally not accepted unless the return is the result of an error made by Learning Resources or Educational Insights.

• Approval is required for all returns. Please contact service@wholesalepet.com to request return authorization.
• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns of non-defective merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number obtained through your Customer Service Representative.
• The RMA Number must be clearly marked on all cartons or the shipment will be refused.
• Return freight costs are the dealer's responsibility unless the return is the result of an error made by Learning Resources or Educational Insights.
• For orders that originally qualified for free freight, any applicable freight charges may be deducted from the credit issued.
• Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and free of store markings to qualify for credit.
• Returns are accepted only for products included in our current price list.
• Returns are accepted only from accounts located within the contiguous United States. We do not accept returns from Canada.
