WholesalePet is a wholesale marketplace for independent pet retailers. This Shopify app is for approved WholesalePet vendors: connect your store, choose which products to list, keep catalog and inventory in sync, and receive marketplace purchases as Shopify draft orders. Payments and vendor payment settings are managed on WholesalePet.com.

Connect your Shopify store and publish products directly from Shopify admin. Inventory and product updates sync automatically, and wholesale orders appear as draft orders in Shopify for fulfillment. Order payments are managed through your WholesalePet account.

Get started in four steps
You can complete setup from Shopify admin. If you are not an approved vendor yet, submit an application before you connect the app.
Install the app
Install WholesalePet from Shopify and open it in Shopify admin.
Connect your account
Sign in with your approved vendor account to link this store. New brands should apply first.
Publish products
Use the WholesalePet sales channel to publish the products you want listed. You only need to publish each product once.
Confirm and keep in sync
Check that listings appear on WholesalePet. Later Shopify edits can update those listings when Auto Update is enabled in sync settings.
What you need before you start
- A Shopify store and permission to install apps in Shopify admin
- An approved WholesalePet vendor account. Brands that are not vendors yet can apply on the vendor application page
- Products you are ready to list, with complete details, images, and inventory
- Agreement to the WholesalePet Terms & Conditions when you connect

How do I get started?
Install the app from Shopify and open it in Shopify admin. Connect with an approved WholesalePet vendor account. If you do not have one yet, apply to become a vendor. After approval, return to the app and finish connecting.
Do I need a WholesalePet vendor account?
Yes. This app is for WholesalePet vendors, not a general Shopify listing tool. Apply at wholesalepet.com/vendor-application. After we approve your application, sign in to the app with that account.
What can I do after I connect?
You can publish products to WholesalePet, keep catalog and inventory in sync, and receive marketplace purchases as Shopify draft orders. Use sync settings in the app to control Auto Update. Payouts and payment-method changes are managed on the WholesalePet website, not in this Shopify app.
Why aren’t my products on WholesalePet yet?
Installing the app is not enough. Connect your vendor account, then publish each product to the WholesalePet sales channel. Products you have not published stay in Shopify only.
Where do I receive payments and change payment settings?
On WholesalePet.com. This Shopify app syncs products and creates draft orders. Payouts and payment-method changes are handled in your WholesalePet vendor account on the website.
Can I choose which products to list?
Yes. Publish only the products you want retailers to buy. You can unpublish later; unpublished products are not listed on WholesalePet.
How do product details and inventory stay up to date?
After a product is published, Shopify changes can update WholesalePet when Auto Update is on in sync settings. Updates often run in the background and may take a short time to appear.
What happens when a retailer orders on WholesalePet?
WholesalePet creates a Shopify draft order for that purchase. Your team can review, process, and fulfill it in Shopify the same way you handle other draft orders.
What if I disconnect or uninstall the app?
Syncing stops. Products already on WholesalePet are not automatically deleted. You can install the app again and reconnect when you are ready to resume.
