At the time that your order leaves our warehouse, you will be emailed important tracking information.
Please track your shipment and arrange for someone to be at the shipping address during the time detailed in the UPS tracking report. USP will attempt one delivery to the address that you provide.
If an attempted delivery is made and there is not someone there to receive it, the shipment will be sent to the local UPS warehouse where it will remain for 14 days and then be returned to FUZZU. No additional delivery attempts will be made or the ability to re-route the shipment. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to returning to standard UPS delivery practices.
