- Easy flat rate shipping starting at $15 per order. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping lead time is subject to change without notice. Current shipping lead time is 4 days. Click here for shipping rates.
- West Paw items may not be sold on third party websites such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.
- First time ordering through West Paw? Please fill-out our Vendor Application.
- We are not accepting 3rd party or ecommerce only retailers at this time.
- West Paw does not sell to distributorships.
- West Paw cannot ship to Canada. If ordering in or shipping to Canada please contact your West Paw rep or info@tritonanimal.com.

- If your customers are unhappy with the performance of a West Paw product they purchase from you, we’ll replace toys, treats, and accessories that aren’t up to snuff within 6 months of purchase. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. For malfunctioning beds, we’ll swap in a replacement one time within 12 months of purchase, limited to once per household.
