Full Product replacement for orders sent with errors.
If you need to return the product a Return Authorization # is require. Please send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) with invoice # and a brief explanation of the error or call us to 760-727-7333
If you receive your order and a product is missing we will ship the missing product at no cost or we will issue a CR to your account. Send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) with invoice # and a brief explanation of what you are missing. After verifying shipment weight we will ship the missing item/s or we will issue a Credit to your account.
If damage occurs in transit you MUST SEND us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) within 72 hours of receiving the order. This includes leaks and dented bottles. After such time we CAN NOT process your return. No cash refunds, we will issue a Credit to your account.
LTL shipments; damaged must be reported on the BOL otherwise we cannot process your return.
Iceland Pure will NOT accept your customer’s returns for larger size bottles (17oz and 33oz) NO exceptions.
If a customer wants to try Iceland Pure fish oils for the first time we recommend that you sell them an 8.75oz bottle. If your pet’s clients doesn’t like the oil he/she may return such bottle and you will get a full credit for such return. In order to get that credit you must emails us the fish oil flavor, bottle lot number and the date of return to returns@icelandpure.com.
