Shipping Policy

foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method. Deadline for Thursday shipment is Wednesday 10:00am EST. Orders received after this deadline will ship the following Thursday. No additional customs and duties charges will apply for any orders shipped through Fedex IDD.

Refund Policy

foufouBRANDS has a NO REFUND policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges. All exchanges must first be approved with an authorization number from our customer service department. foufouBRANDS does not accept returns or exchanges on discounted and clearance merchandise or shop worn goods. Goods must be in original selling condition with original hangtags.

  • Estimated total transit time is 3-5 business days for orders shipping to the U.S. foufouBRANDS ships every Thursday to the U.S. through Fedex IDD, our most economical shipping method.   • All preorders/backorders under $150 (before shipping & taxes) will be canceled. All preorders/backorders over $150 (before shipping & taxes) will be shipped when the product becomes available. Please notify us if you wish to cancel your backorder at anytime.
  • International orders are shipped through Fedex & UPS only. Shipping quote will be provided.
  • We do not provide free samples.
