A: You can choose to purchase single boxes at regular wholesale prices. The Refill Kit is a set package of treats with a 10% discount on all six boxes.

Please note that you must report any issues with your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

If we decide to have you return product, we'll be happy to provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning your product. You are responsible for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, Happy Howie’s does not take title to the refunded item.

We do not issue refunds or provide replacements for expired products.
