It's also one of the lower calorie treats that we make.  Like all our jerky, our Hula Lula Liver is just one ingredient that we handcraft into a delicious and nutritious treat. At Goodness Gracious, we say that we make our liver jerky for the heart and from the heart.  (From our heart that is.)  We use 100% USDA liver - the same stuff your mom made you eat as a kid!
